Indeed, the screenshot shows that you do not have the Heat Transfer Module on that license. Please contact your COMSOL representative to discuss adding it to the license.

Thanks for confirming it Jeff. Can you confirm whether that boundary condition is available in basic functionality of COMSOL Multiphysics version 4.4 or not?
